Village President/Public Safety- Harry Stirmell

Harry and his wife, Mary Anne, have been residents of Jerome since 1989. They have 5 children and 5 grandchildren. Harry has been employed by the State of Illinois for over 30 years. He is also a member of the American Police Hall of Fame. After serving on the Village Board for several years and as interim Village President for nearly two years, Harry was elected Village President in 2007.
