A RESOLUTION LISTING THE DATE, TIME AND PLACE
OF JEROME, ILLINOIS BOARD OF TRUSTEES’
REGULAR MEETINGS FOR THE YEAR 2008
WHEAREAS Chapter 102, Section 42.02 of the Illinois
Revised Statutes 1973 required that the date, time
and place of regular Village of Jerome Board of Trustees’ meetings
for the year 2008 be listed in a public notice; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDNET AND THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF VILLAGE OF JEROME, ILLINOIS:
Section 1. That regular meetings of the Jerome Board
of Trustees shall be held on the following dates:
January 3
January 17
February 7
February 21
March 6
March 20
April 3
April 17
May 1
May 15
June 5
June 19 |
July 3
July 17
August 7
August 21
September 4
September 18
October 2
October 16
November 6
November 20
December 4
December 18 |
Section 2. That all regular meetings of the Jerome
Board of Trustees shall be held in the
Conference Room of the Jerome Municipal Building located at 2901 Leonard
Street in the Village of Jerome
Section 3. That all regular meetings of the Jerome
Board of Trustees shall begin at 7:00 p.m.
Section 4. That the Village Clerk be instructed to
post a copy of the Resolution in the
Municipal Building. Copies of the schedule of regular meetings of the Jerome
Village Board of Trustees will be supplied to any local newspaper of general
circulation or any such radio or television station that files an annual request
for
such schedule.
