A RESOLUTION LISTING THE DATE, TIME AND PLACE
OF JEROME, ILLINOIS BOARD OF TRUSTEES’
REGULAR MEETINGS FOR THE YEAR 2011

WHEREAS Chapter 102, Section 42.02 of the Illinois Revised Statutes 1973 requires that the date, time and place of regular Village of Jerome Board of Trustees’ meetings for the year 2011 be listed in a public notice; therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF JEROME, ILLINOIS:

Section 1. That regular meetings of the Jerome Board of Trustees shall be held on the following dates:

January 6
January 20
February 3
February 17
March 3
March 17
April 7
April 21
May 5
May 19
June 2
June 16

July 7
July 21
August 4
August 18
September 1
September 15
October 6
October 20
November 3
November 17
December 1
December 15

Section 2.
That all regular meetings of the Jerome Board of Trustees shall be held in the Board Room of the Jerome Municipal Building located at 2901 Leonard Street in the Village of Jerome

Section 3. That all regular meetings of the Jerome Board of Trustees shall begin at 7:00 p.m.

Section 4. That the Village Clerk be instructed to post a copy of the Resolution in the Municipal Building. Copies of the schedule of regular meetings of the Jerome Village Board of Trustees will be supplied to any local newspaper of general circulation or any such radio or television station that files an annual request for such schedule.
