kitchen) can be rented for events at the following rates:
PRIVATE USE (day or evening) - $ 100.00
PRIVATE USE (day or evening) RESIDENT - $ 50.00
PRIVATE USE (all day and evening) - $ 150.00
PRIVATE USE (all day and evening) RESIDENT - $ 80.00
NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION (day or evening) $ 70.00
NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION (all day and evening) $ 95.00
COMMERCIAL USE (day or evening) $ 175.00
COMMERCIAL USE (all day and evening) $ 250.00

NOTE:
1. Rental Agreement must be signed and $ 50.00
refundable deposit must be paid to confirm reservation.
2.
Must cancel, in writing, 1 week before use or will loose
deposit.
3.
To receive “NON-PROFIT” rate, the renter
must supply the Village of Jerome with a copy of their
initial filing with the Secretary of State of Illinois
showing they qualify for The “General Not For Profit
Corporation Act” of Illinois, or a copy of their
annual report, file stamped by the Secretary of State
of Illinois indicating the same; or, for religious organizations,
a record of tax exempt filing with the Department of
Revenue.
