Water Billing Issue

NOTICE TO VILLAGE OF JEROME WATER CUSTOMERS

Since the recent issuance of water bills, it has come to the Village’s attention that the water bills related to usage from December 2019 into January 2020 included more days than the Village typically includes on the bills. Specifically, the water bills included usage from December 20, 2019, through February 5, 2020, rather than from December 20, 2019, through January 20, 2020. This was in error. After identifying the issue, the Village has processed corrected water bills, which were mailed February 10, 2020. The correct amount and due date will be indicated on these corrected water bills. The Village regrets the error and apologizes for any confusion that may have resulted from the water bills issued in error.
