Payment of a $75.00 security deposit is required to obtain water service. Water bills for Jerome water customers are usually mailed on the 5th day of the month and are due 21 days later. Mailing date and due date may occasionally vary. Water bills may be paid online at https://magic.collectorsolutions.com/magic-ui/en-US/Login/village-of-jerome, in person, or by mail. A water bill for two months’ water usage must be paid in full by the due date shown or water service will be discontinued and a $50.00 fee is charged to have water service restored. A $25.00 charge will be assessed for a bounced (NSF) check. If we receive two NSF checks in one year you will be required to pay your water bill by cash.  Questions about water service are handled by the Village Office Monday through Friday 10 am – 2 pm via phone or in person.
