Payment of a $75.00 security deposit is required to obtain water service. Water bills for Jerome water customers are usually mailed on the 5th day of the month and are due on the 17th day of the month. Mailing date and due date may occasionally vary. A water bill for two months’ water usage must be paid in full by the due date shown or water service will be discontinued and a $50.00 fee is charged to have water service restored. A $25.00 charge will be assessed for a bounced (NSF) check. If we receive two NSF checks in one year you will be required to pay your water bill by cash. Questions about water service are handled by the Village Office Monday through Friday 10am – 3pm via phone or in person.
