COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic

The State of Illinois and the Jerome United Methodist Church are hosting a free vaccine clinic on December 2nd, from 10am – 1pm. You can schedule an appointment at https://idph-mychart.pchosted.com/IDPH/signupandschedule/embeddedschedule?vt=24629&dept=9001410011894 . Walk-ins are also welcome. This will be for the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine for persons 12 years or older.
